Story
Andrew "Rube" Foster was truly one of baseball's great pioneers and is known in the baseball community as the "father of black baseball." Not only was Foster one of the best pitchers and managers of the early twentieth century but he also was the architect of the Negro National League, the first long-lasting professional league for African-American ballplayers, which operated from 1920 to 1931. Rube was posthumously elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1981. Pay tribute to one of baseball's most impactful figures with this officially licensed Rube Foster T-Shirt!
