Need to return or exchange your order?

Fill out the return form on our website (HERE). Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:

    Extended Holiday Return/Exchange Policy 

     

    • Exchanges and returns on full-priced, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products purchased from November 1st through December 25th, 2025, will be accepted through February 25th, 2026.

     

    • Original receipt must accompany the merchandise. 

     

    • Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.

     

    • All markdowns are final sale.

     

    • Accessories, beanies, hats, and Mystery Packs are final sale.

    Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.

    Charlie Hustle does not offer refunds on merchandise purchased through our wholesalers. We do allow exchanges of products bought through our wholesalers if the item is currently stocked, full priced, and has not been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt from the original point of purchase. Please refer to our wholesalers for their policies regarding returns and exchanges.       My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my shipment - what do I do?

      While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with the delivery every once in a while. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.


      For best results, please call your local United State Postal Service (USPS) Office or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can't be located, please us at  info@charliehustle.com for assistance.

       

      What is Charlie Hustle's Price Adjustment Policy?

      Charlie Hustle products are not eligible for price adjustment refunds. You can read more about our Terms & Conditions HERE. So, if you purchased a product at full MSRP, then we do not offer a refund if at a later date we sell the product at a discounted rate.
