Girls on the Run is an organization that offers programs designed to inspire girls of all abilities to recognize and embrace their inner strength and make meaningful connections with others. At GOTR Kansas City, teaching essential life skills is the cornerstone of their research-based programs. Trained volunteer coaches facilitate lessons that blend physical activity with life skill development, including managing emotions, fostering friendships, and expressing empathy.
