Story
Brothers Mike and Joe Pearce opened Slap's BBQ in June of 2014 right in between Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, KS. They started with just a few hundred pounds of meat and ran out within hours every day. As years went on, they have kept their extremely high standard for fresh BBQ and treating customers like family. The Slap's brothers are born, bred, and BBQ-fed and continue to keep the tradition of Kansas City BBQ alive!
